Energy is the fundamental source for the human being to implement the current and oncoming all of the technological, industrial, communicational activities. In other words energy is an indispensable requirement fort he current modern information community and energy will continue to be one of the most important sources in the future. Energy requirement rises day by day; furthermore available sources are limited and consumable. Therefore it is essential to detect alternative energy sources and develop them. National and international juridical arrangements, created to protect living ambiance and permanence on the world and environmental impacts and problems born of energy generation, transmission and consumption points out the importance of environmental impacts in the source selection. Today it is essential to detect and develop continuous and renewable energy sources with a few or no environmental impacts, instead of conventional fossil fuel originated energy generation systems causing environmental pollution in a large quantity and global scale. In this paper; environmental impacts of wind sourced energy generation systems qualified as renewable energy sources like sun, sea-wave, geothermal and hydrogen energies are studied and recommendations for minimizing these negative impacts are given.
